The Team
Keith Seeloff
Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer-
Keith Seeloff is a retired Partner of the Forvis Mazars Healthcare Consulting and led the senior living strategy and finance practice for 20 years. He has more than 40 years of experience as a consultant in the healthcare industry providing business advisory services such as strategic planning, financial forecasting, market demand analysis, third-party reimbursement, operational audits, and systems review. He has been a key participant in more than 200 life plan communities’ development projects, including startup communities, existing campus repositioning, and obligated group financings. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Keith worked for an international accounting firm as a consultant in the long-term care industry and as an auditor for a Medicare intermediary.
Matthew J. Lux
Chief Financial Officer-
Matt is an experienced CFO with over 26 years of experience in public accounting, consulting, investment banking; management and development company experience.
Matt has significant experience across for-profit and 501(c)(3) senior housing organizations, providing financial advisory services such as strategic planning, financial forecasting and feasibility studies, market demand analyses, benchmarking, and operational audits for proposed and existing LPC (CCRC) entities, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and other retirement housing projects. Over his career, he has been involved in numerous LPC development projects, including start-up financing for construction, existing campus repositioning projects and debt restructuring resulting in the issuance of over $1.7 billion of commercial bank loans and tax-exempt bonds.

Alan Wells
Director-
Alan Wells co-founded Eventus Development Company and previously served as its President. He brings over 40 years of healthcare and senior living industry experience to his role. He served as Partner-in-Charge of KPMG’s Senior Living Services Practice, where he was involved in numerous planning and development projects throughout the country, and provided a broad scope of consulting services to the healthcare industry, primarily in the senior living sector. In addition, Alan was an investment banker with Wheat First Securities for six years, involved in the underwriting of healthcare tax-exempt bond issues. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, market assessments and financial feasibility studies, capital financing, resident contract pricing and structuring, organizational planning, operations improvement and revenue enhancement, financial modeling and analysis and management reporting. His industry knowledge includes all facets of the healthcare industry from acute care through senior living and long-term care.
Kenneth Ogden
Director-
Ken Ogden is the current President of Pike Residential Construction, a regional general contractor specializing in multifamily housing for the not-for-profit senior and affordable housing markets. He has 36 years of experience in these project types and has participated in predevelopment and construction of over 10,000 units during his tenure. In his current capacity as Pike Residential President, Ken directs the day-to-day operations of the company, formulating plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, ensuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company’s commitment to the community in addition to regular participation in pre-development of projects using his years of experience to formulate construction strategies to me client goals. Ken is often sought out as an expert speaker at affordable and senior housing conferences around the country.
